Dialogi was originally developed to help workplace Mentors and Coaches (especially those whose primary function is not that of coaching or mentoring) to:
  • Follow a structured process that encourages coachees to identify and explore key issues for themselves
  • Emphasise the key role of the Coach/Mentor as a facilitator of the process
  • Empower coachees to “drive” their own agenda and focus on what matters most to them
  • Promote the process of dialogue to underpin the coaching relationship
  • Use the power of insightful questioning to extract maximum value from the relationship
  • Ensure that each session ends with commitment to action
Dialogi may be used in the following settings:
