Jane has particular expertise in working with “non-traditional” learners, those individuals whose career paths have not included extensive academic learning, but who find themselves holding down challenging and responsible posts in a variety of Sectors.

Our flagship programme

1 to 1 Coaching and Mentoring Wales

Our flagship programme, “Coaching and Mentoring in the Workplace” is delivered over 10-12 weeks; this enables our Learners to align their own learning with their practice with their Coachee/Mentee, thus applying their learning from the start. The programme concludes with an in-depth observed session at the end of which the Coach/Mentor receives feedback. This programme is accredited at Practitioner Level by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Our Coaching and Mentoring in the Workplace Learning programmes are supported by a comprehensive toolkit and Log Books, compiled from the Pragmatists’ point of view in that they are all:

  • Easy to read
  • Comprehensive
  • Practical
  • Explain key theoretical models in such a way as to make them relevant and easily applicable

Our learning programmes may be customised to meet clients’ specific requirements. Examples include:

  • Employability attitudes, values and behaviours for people seeking to enter the world of employment for the first time (Apprentices. NEETS, Women Returners, etc.)
  • Cultural Competence for coach/mentors supporting Refugees, Immigrants or Asylum Seekers seeking to find sustained employment in a new environment
