Jane and her colleagues are all experienced in the field of workplace coaching and mentoring, working across all sectors of the Economy. Jane has particular expertise in working with “non-traditional” learners, those individuals whose career paths have not included extensive academic learning, but who find themselves holding down challenging and responsible posts in a variety of Sectors.

Our flagship programme

1 to 1 Coaching and Mentoring Wales

Our flagship programme, “Coaching and Mentoring in the Workplace” is delivered over 10-12 weeks; this enables our Learners to align their own learning with their practice with their Coachee/Mentee, thus applying their learning from the start. The programme concludes with an in-depth observed session at the end of which the Coach/Mentor receives feedback. This programme is accredited at Practitioner Level by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
