What We Do

We provide group learning experiences and one-to-one coaching and mentoring. We use experiential learning methods designed to obtain maximum engagement from our learners. Our pragmatic approach ensures that we enable learners from all backgrounds to understand and apply relevant theoretical models to more effectively manage their diverse workplace challenges.

We create a great atmosphere for learning; participants work in small groups; the tone is informal; activities are relevant and engage all learners. In short, we treat adult learners as adults!

Jane Lewes | Founder

Jane Lewes is dynamic development professional with a proven track record in motivating individuals and groups to identify and achieve their learning goals in her roles of consultant, facilitator, coach and mentor. Working in “work-based” learning environments, Jane uses participative methods to encourage, enthuse and empower people from diverse backgrounds to work through the barriers, identify solutions and take responsibility for their own personal and professional development. A powerful communicator and natural innovator, she has designed and delivered an impressive range of learning programmes and materials to promote individual and group development. Her personal philosophy about the education process is “learning is more effective when it’s fun”.

Jane is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council at Senior Practitioner Level; she is also an accredited Supervisor.
